For training organizations
Your credentials, as badges people can use
If your organization already trains people and certifies them, T3 Action can turn those certificates into badges. Each one shows your name and can count toward paid work in the person's own community.

Who this is for
Organizations that teach a course and issue a credential when someone passes.
- Safety and hazard trainingsFor example, HAZWOPER courses taught in communities across Alaska.
- CPR and first aidFor example, providers who certify people in CPR, AED and first aid.
- Mental Health First AidFor example, instructors who certify people to help someone in crisis.
- And many moreAny organization that trains people and issues a certificate when they pass.
What you get
- Your name on the badgeEach badge shows that your organization issued it, so people know where the skill came from.
- A path to paid local workWhen a job in Remote Hands asks for a credential, people who hold your badge can qualify for it, close to home.
- Seen by employers and fundersComing soonPeople can show their badges to employers, and funders can see what their trainings led to.
How it works
- Apply as a training organizationTell us who you are, what you teach, and the credentials you issue.
- We review and approveOur team reviews each organization and follows up by email.
- Invite your traineesYour trainers set up a cohort and invite trainees by email.
- Upload the certificateThe trainee or the trainer uploads proof of the credential, like the certificate or card.
- The badge is issuedThe credential itself is the evidence, so there is no extra skill check. The badge shows your organization.
Your trainers and trainees use Remote Hands accounts, the platform T3 Action runs on. If they already have one, they sign in with it.
